After graduating college with a Music Degree in Vocal Performance, I moved to Franklin in 2004. Upon moving here, I taught in Williamson County schools for over 10 years. I truly loved pouring into my students and watching them grow into young adults. Now, as a Real Estate Professional, I am thrilled to be serving the people and places I care about in a meaningful way. I take my business very seriously, having earned many awards and certifications including the prestigious CLHMS™ GUILD Luxury Designation.

With an eye for design and strong negotiation skills, I know how to effectively stage, market, and land an optimal deal for my clients. Outside of real estate, I am active in my church family as a volunteer in various ways. I am also the chair for the non-profit, Love the Dress TN, which gives free prom dresses to girls in need. In addition to my community work, I am a proud mother of two amazing kids who are the center of my world.

After leaving Arkansas in 2002, I am still excited to be calling Nashville home for more than 20 years. As a proud owner of The Hoover Team, with my wife Mindy Hoover, it is an honor to serve our community during life-changing moments. With 25 years in sales and business, I have built a wealth of experience and knowledge in cultivating a solid deal. As an investor myself for more than a decade, I provide valuable insights and advice to clients seeking new real estate opportunities.

Being a DISC-certified business coach, I give mentorship to new and experienced real estate agents. I work closely with each agent to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
